I'm Caleb Watson — Army veteran, 3x cancer survivor, and a coach who rebuilt his body during chemo. I take a holistic approach that most coaches skip. No templates. No shortcuts. Just what actually works.
I grew up with nothing. My mom battled addiction — and she's still my best friend. She taught me that your circumstances don't have to write your story. That's stuck with me through everything that came next.
I served in the Army. I worked as a journeyman lineman. Then cancer showed up. Three times. Most people would walk away. I decided to lean in harder. While going through chemo — not after, during — I dialled in my nutrition, tracked my body composition, and trained with everything I had left.
"I dropped from 24.9% to 16% body fat, gained 16lbs of muscle, lost 16lbs of fat — while my body was fighting cancer. The scale barely moved. But everything changed."
That experience made one thing clear: your body is far more capable than you think. I quit drinking, rebuilt my life, and now I help people who are done settling — people ready to actually show up for themselves.
